Victoria leads a healthy lifestyle, but struggles with food sensitivities left her searching for a solution. Her partner, Kevin, introduced her to kombucha and its gut health benefits. After experiencing significant improvements, Victoria was inspired.
Kevin took on the challenge of brewing their own kombucha, and together they perfected a delicious hibiscus ginger blend. Encouraged by friends who loved it, they founded Amuse-Booch to offer their sparkling, premium kombucha.
Now, as they launch their business, Victoria and Kevin are excited to introduce Amuse-Booch to the world, inspiring others to explore natural remedies and enjoy the benefits of kombucha.
Victoria wondered why there weren't great non-alcoholic options that tasted amazing and made you feel special, like getting a cocktail at a nice restaurant while with your friends. This thought was part of the inspiration for bringing Amuse-Booch to market.

When not biking, Kevin has enjoyed making kombucha at a small scale, but with Victoria, family, and friends drinking more, he started to scale the production up.Â
