The sugar is a small fraction of most soda beverages. Sugar is consumed during the fermentation process and then measured for consistency.

Kombucha may naturally contain approximately 0.5% alcohol, which is classified as non-alcoholic in Canada ( below 1%). However, we do not recommend this product for children, pregnant women, individuals avoiding alcohol for religious reasons, or those advised by their doctor to avoid alcohol due to certain medications.
